* properly secure parking lot side gutters in front of the office area
* properly secure the top nosing at the stairwell
* kitchen exit door lock has difficulty locking. /touch up paint and caulking around the door jamb
* loose floor tiles in the Narthex area
* repair/replace landing for outside stairs for vestibule
* relocate hinges on basement door
* exterior paint
